Four East Side elected officials announced their support of Mayor David Cicilline’s campaign for Congress citing his proven ability to get things done for Rhode Island, and with full confidence that he is the person who will best deliver for Rhode Island in the Congress of the United States.  Representing a vast majority of the First-Congressional-District-part of Providence, Councilman Clifford Wood, Councilman Kevin Jackson, Representative Edith Ajello, and Senator Rhoda Perry joined together to enthusiastically endorse Cicilline’s candidacy.
