Green Up Providence, the City’s recycling campaign, is well underway in the neighborhoods of Providence.  Mayor Cicilline today urged residents to do their part to help the City double its recycling rate, which is now the lowest in Rhode Island.  Doubling Providence’s recycling rate could save the city more than $300,000 annually in taxpayer dollars.
